From September 2008, GeoTest are able to offer a comprehensive ground investigation service ranging from a single day on
site to large scale, long duration contracts in any onshore environment. We aim to provide a professional and efficient service
to our clients, meeting their requirements with respect to health and safety, programme and financial considerations through
all site, laboratory and reporting aspects of the contract.
Geotechnical laboratory testing to BS 1377 is carried out in house by our UKAS accredited laboratory at Adlington, enabling
rapid testing and reporting.
GeoTest offers a comprehensive investigation service for both geotechnical and geoenvironmental purposes. We can offer a

Drilling crews are NVQ qualified and all supervisors and managers hold appropriate CSCS cards together with health and safety
and first aid training. We have staff at all levels certified to carryout investigation, monitoring and field testing in the rail
environment.
GeoTest can provide digital reports in both Adobe pdf format and as AGS digital data. We can transfer historic data into AGS
format when required. Professional technical advice and reporting can be offered for geotechnical and geoenvironmental
projects.In conjunction with a range of approved suppliers, we are able to offer an integrated approach to site investigation
contracts involving topographic surveys, UXO detection, by both non-intrusive methods and during exploratory hole formation,
service searches, marine geophysical and hydrographic surveys, borehole wireline logging, cone penetrometer testing,
pressuremeter testing and CCTV surveys.
We appreciate that not all sites are straight forward in terms of access and working areas and that, on occasions, specialist
methods and plant are required to execute the works. We have comprehensive experience of such techniques when applied
